We want you to love your Tenacity clothing. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • In original packaging where applicable

How to Return

  1. Log in to your account and select the order you wish to return
  2. Select the items you'd like to return and the reason
  3. Print your prepaid return label (UK returns only)
  4. Pack your items securely and attach the label
  5. Drop off at your nearest post office or collection point

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 working days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

For exchanges, please return your original item and place a new order for the item you'd like instead. This ensures you get your new item as quickly as possible.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us at info@tenacityofficial.com before returning international orders.

Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@tenacityofficial.com with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
