Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Tenacity purchase. If something isn't quite right, our team will be happy to assist with a return or exchange.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a refund or exchange.
Returns must be requested and approved by our team before being sent back.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Items may be tried on for fit, but must not show any signs of wear, washing, or use
- Items must be in original condition with all tags attached
- Items must be returned in original packaging where applicable
- Items must be free from deodorant marks, makeup marks, or visible stains
- Items must not be excessively creased and must be presented in a condition consistent with being unworn
- Items must not carry any scent indicating wear or washing (e.g. perfume, deodorant, detergent, or body odour)
Any items that do not meet these conditions may be refused and returned to the customer.
How to Request a Return
Contact our support team
Email support@tenacityofficial.com with your order number and reason for return.
Return approval
Our team will review your request and confirm whether your return is eligible under our returns policy. At this stage you can choose either a refund or an exchange.
Receive your return label
If your return is approved, we will provide access to our Royal Mail return portal, where you can generate your prepaid return label.
Send your item back
Package your item securely and drop it off at your nearest Royal Mail Post Office or collection point.
Please note that items returned without prior approval may not be accepted or processed.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected by our fulfilment team, we will process your refund.
The entire return process may take approximately 7–15 business days, as items must first be received, inspected, and approved before refunds are issued.
Refunds will be returned to your original payment method.
Please note that £3.50 will be deducted from your refund to cover return postage costs.
Exchanges
If you choose an exchange, once your returned item has been received and approved, we will ship your replacement item free of charge, subject to availability.
International Returns
If you are located outside the United Kingdom, please contact support@tenacityofficial.com before returning your order so we can provide the correct return instructions.
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact support@tenacityofficial.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue.
Our team will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
